milestones
The planning gives a global view of the entire
project to the client as well as the project executers, because all
the goals, presented as milestones, are included and all priorities
and expectations that are embedded are presented in a visual way,
e.g. in a Gantt Chart.

approval by the client, the next stage
commences.
