The aHa! Project Management Methodology at an early stage determines the times when deliberation and decision with the client will take place.

Projects consist of the following 5 stages:

 Project Preparation
(intake and offer)

 Project Initiation
(usually started by a kick-off meeting – where the plan is looked through in detail and tuned)

 Project Execution
(result driven execution of the project)

 Project Delivery
(delivery of all products)
